		<description>Some of those principles seem really simple but I can imagine how easy it is to forget some of the basics when tailoring a new fitness regime.

I am planning on changing the workout I do in the next few weeks as it has become very stale and mainly cardio stuff which I feel has stopped earning me benefits however it&#039;s probably because I don&#039;t really pay attention to point 2 yet.

What muscles/specific exercises do you recommend for training to be a better squash player?</description>
